Nazar pai mazar in Naiqala :
This custom is one of the old traditions of the Qarabagh community, and this film is related to the Nazar pi mazar of the people of Naiqala. People from different regions such as Herat, Kabul, Kandahar, Mazar and Ghazni attend and participate in this ceremony and festival. The area you see in the picture is Shah Mardan's shrine, which is located in the last part of the beautiful Naiqala .
