I was in a long distance relationship for 8 years and LDR's are one of the hardest things to constantly experience, especially when your partner is your other half. A few days setback feel like a whole lot when you've been anticipating their return for so long. You, your partner and your children are incredibly strong being apart for so long, but the moments together are even more special and meaningful once you're *finally* together again. I'm glad he managed to make it there finally and safely! Your kids laughing and being happy near the end was so sweet after saying how sad they were before, ugh my heart 👻💙 Wishing you all the best!
Have you read the And I Darken books? They're also Dracula inspired and I actually liked them more than I thought I was given I read very little YA nowadays
