My people need to clean that city up, that's your land you need to love it and take care of it. Check out Kigali Rwanda. In Kigali it's law to keep the city clean. We have to take of our home and love our land.
Thanks for the real streets tour. Keep up the good work.

Great video Philly Dom on showing Haïtian history. The Battle of Vertieres in Cap-Haïtien is historical for ALL Black people throughout the world. I hope the Haïtian Minister of Tourism is promoting these historical sites in order to bring more revenue to the Cap-Haïtien area.

So much potential.. like someone mentioned earlier. When l see haiti l think of the DR. We'll get there some day, Lord willing and once we do, most of us will leave America and go back home cuz home is home. Now l see why haiti is suffering so much. If things improve, they know we'll leave the US and there will be no one left to do the dirty jobs. Real talk!

Strange enough, the power that be over there likes it that way. In the elites (some) the dirtier the island is, the better for them, because they can be the only one in the market and make all the money (monopoly). They don't want any competition in the market of Haiti. They even have a name for it "politik di fatra" which translates to trash politics. True enough, when an investor gets there all they can say is "the place has potential but it's a dump" and that stop them from investing and the boulos and oligarchs crew from the middle eastern countries that has highjacked the Haitian states are happy about the situation all the way to their foreign banks where they place all of the stash that they make in the island.

you know what, we are over weight all over the world. what are we eating that's not being process well. it can't just be the lack of exercise can it. too much starch in our diets, rice, breads. it can't just be the amounts we are eating. we need for our universities to take a hard look at the foods we are eating. natural, organic, canned, processed, it does not seem to make a difference. if it is a lack of exercise then we need to ditch these cars and bikes. the youngsters seemed to be of healthy weights.
i thought we in the states were heavy cause we eat junk food, fast food, fatty foods. even the folks in Africa have a bit of excess weight. i just wonder.

Um because the oppression is systematic as it once was for blacks in America. And you know what? White ppl were saying the same thing to blacks in America? "How come you just can't help your people?" "Why do your neighborhood look like that"
Yea you should make an attempt to learn about Haiti's history and how it came to be this way. Then relearn true black American history so you can begin to pick up some answers to your "why"

Because there's no import investment (foreign assistance) made in Haiti to keep Haiti functional. Is it still not apparent to you all that Haiti is purposely punished because of the influence of freedom it had on the world?? The state of Haiti isn't as sad as the majority of people in these comments not understanding how Haiti got there.
