I have Bose Companion 5 multimedia speaker system. It is compatible with Windows, but not Mac. If I connect this bluetooth adapter, will it be useful?

Did you find there was any lag/latency on the video? I'm getting serious lag on mine but I've only tested it on a 2009 MacBook Pro (Bluetooth 2.1!) and 2020 iPad (Bluetooth 4.2). I'm upgrading to a machine with Bluetooth 5 soon, which I assume (hope) will fix the problem.
I have not noticed, but I do know that the newer models have little or no lag. Thank you for watching
Is it possible to connect my wired headphones to this bt audio receiver and make my headphones wireless?
I doubt it, as it is just a line-level output signal. For headphones, you need an amplified line-level output signal. Thank you for watching

I have followed the instructions exactly and connected to my Logitech speakers but there is no sound. What am I doing wrong?
Check the Bluetooth connection on your cellphone, and make sure only one cellphone is connected at a time. Check there is a blue light on the bottom of the unit. Make sure you plug it into the subwoofer of the speakers. You could try to click forget the connection on cellphone, and then press the button on the adaptor and search again
I am able to connect to my phone just fine, but when I play music through the phone it does not come out through the speakers. But also no music comes out from the computer to the speakers at that time also. (The speakers are hooked up to my computer). @@Boopolo
Can I use Bt earbuds to listen to tv ?

In all seriousness is this worth the 45 pound price tag as opposed to a different branded adapter at a tenner .
That sounds very expensive, Christine. I bought used for $20. I have also reviewed an Esinken one but I forgot to upload it to this channel. I have put it up now: th-cam.com/video/k0G2mz0r-bk/w-d-xo.html It has been working fine for 15 months connected to Alexa. In the UK you can buy it here amzn.to/3MCEFL7 It looks almost identical to the logitech

Depending on the wattage and voltage of the device, you can risk overwhelming it with the 12 volt charger and blowing it up or burning it out
