And she isn’t coming back next season because she actually found something here. Found it in Henry.
I think the reason why they won't let us see delilah in the game is because the developers couldn't make a human face that suits her, or anyone in that matter. Think about it, we've seen very few human beings in firewatch, and if so they are likely obscured or shillouetted. Two girls at the camp? Too far away. Ned? It's too dark to see him clearly. The boy who died? Face got crushed with a rock. Helicopter guy? He was wearing a helmet. Still great story tho, it just sucks if the reason is a technical reason.

Ned knew that the Wapiti station researchers were away and wouldn't be returning until August (the game takes place from May to July), so he wrote and planted the "observation reports" about Henry and Delilah in the tent using information that he learned by spying on them and intercepting their radio calls, in order to exploit their cabin fever and make them paranoid that there was some kind of conspiracy centered on them, and to try to frighten Henry away. Ned was the previous park ranger stationed at your watchtower. He brought his son, Brian, to live with him despite it being against the rules. Delilah knew this was against the rules, but chose not to report it because she felt like whatever life Brian had out in the park was surely better than the normal situation his shitty dad had for him back home. She watched over and seemingly supported Brian in whatever small ways she could while he was living in the park. To Delilah's knowledge, Ned and Brian left one day and moved back home. She generally laments the horrible home life she figures Brian had to return to after leaving the park. But, as it turns out, Brian never left the park. Neither did Ned. Delilah feels immense guilt over the fact that she had the opportunity and (if you're a stickler for following rules) arguably the responsibility to report Ned for having brought his minor son to live in the park. Had she reported it, Ned would've likely been fired, and at a minimum Brian would've been sent back home where he obviously wouldn't have met the untimely demise he ultimately did.
This ending didn't make me feel anything. Reading the comments I now finally get it was supposed to be about the relationship of the two but honestly I wasn't invested. Delilah behaved so stupid multiple times that I disliked her.
Its weird people were so quick to dismiss the fact Henry had a wife he cared about who was forgetting who he is, D was cool and all but she was obviously just looking for a fling not all that appealing it felt dry to so easily force him to forget that fact. People were to invested in a person we never got to even see
The end made me feel like if I was Henry and feel like Delilah just keep in touch with me just because she was bored. Love every single moment of this game, of this masterpiece history❤️

this game has a special place in my heart. it is just so beautiful and the story at the beginning is so heartbreaking with Julia her suffer from Alzheimer's disease
We all wanted to meet Delilah. I expected to meet Delilah at some point. For the rest of time, I won’t know if it’s a good or bad choice
People who came back to see if there really was an ending
Eh, i like the first ending better.
u got me real good
Xqc ditched OMEGALUL
i love this game sm. it’s so beautiful.
it’s wank i just played it and i’m very disappointed
@@itfcitfcitfc why?
@@landonlee691 what was that ending?
@@itfcitfcitfc it’s real, that’s what it is
@@itfcitfcitfc the game was perfect
That wasn't an alternate ending you staying there, you just mucked around and the chopper was still there!
No new credits either you just didn't go to the chopper
Such a great game and the ending credits made me sad song kinda reminds me of the song Tennessee whiskey
They both use the same chord progression is why lol
Someone can explain me what is the relantionship between Delilah, Ned and his son? I be so lost in this part of history
I think he was a past ranger or previous firewatcher
People were to invested in a person we never got to even see
@@ShomoroTMFG its rather sad to see, how the meaning of loyalty has been lost for the majority of people
I dont know why but i like this game very much
The secret ending is that you find Delilah's head in a box.
It technically doesn't play the leave animation if you stay so its classed as an ending
Videos like this one are the reason we need the like/dislike bar...
This game is what dating feels like
At least I got to meet Three Dog in Fallout.
I'm sitting here bawling at my ending
That fucking intro scared the shit out of me
think everyone got bean boozled
This was the best, most beautiful, and them most sad game I’ve ever played
Felt like dahlia was actually a real person talking to me while I was playing the game it hurt to not see her at the ending
Reddit the video game
This is like one ending, dude.
Ah, clickbait. My favorite.
Don’t forget Bucket jr!
His name is Turt Reynolds!
The end made me feel like if I was Henry and feel like Delilah just keep in touch with me just because she was bored. Love every single moment of this game, of this masterpiece history❤️
I'm confused, when I did the game. I don't get the first bit of dialogue where d asks if h is mad at her.
I could listen to delilah all my life
Atleast there should had been one photo of Delilah in her tower
soooo, theres just 1 ending at you wasted our time?
Lol
this is not every ending...
I love how most of the comments are philosophizing about the themes of the game, ignoring the fact that this garbage video is an absolute scam
This video is garbage. There's only one ending. It's click bait. Don't watch.
I mean, he did show every ending
Oh yeah wow secret ending omg totally didn’t just waste my time watching this clickbait.
You could have just made a non-clickbait video by just saying firewatch ending but you didn't
PS: the intro is too loud it screwed over my ears
Don't know if I unlocked a third ending, but when I got to the helicopter, the man inside gave me a cassette and then instantly the helicopter leaves letting me there alone.
