@@lana_cln2464 TDE has played live for a short time then the rona hit the world so idek if they’ve played anywhere else then the USA but I’m sure they’ve toured outside of the us edit: they have played outside the US and The family does go on tour with them outside the US
R5 was a family band and actually existed before Austin & Ally, but got quite popular with Ross’ being on Disney Channel. The band also had music videos on Disney channel and was signed to Hollywood Records, so they kind of had this PG/Disney image which they desperately wanted to break away from. So now Ross and his brother Rocky make music independently as The Driver Era. Their live shows are INCREDIBLE and are really the heart of everything they do. I look forward to more reactions!! :)

Ah! I was waiting for a driver era reaction. So R5 existed before Ross got on Disney channel but they then got signed to hollywood records. They were with them until either 2017. Ross and Rocky formed the driver era in 2018 and R5 has broken up, but they’re siblings so they still play together. Riker and Rydel play bass and keys for the driver era as well, for live shows! I hope you react to more of their songs, they’re all so great and none really sound the same at all.
I think Ross and his brother Rocky wanted to a new start. R 5 was very G rated. As you can see (well hear) the new music is very mature.

As many are saying Ross was big on Disney from Austin and Ally, his family band (R5) consisting of his 3 of his siblings (Riker, Rocky, Rydel) and a family friend (Ellington Ratliff) was signed under Hollywood Records a.k.a the Disney Company's Record Label (the one that screwed over Sabrina Carpenter) and were made to be PG, so Rocky and Ross created The Driver Era. Riker has a band named Riker and the Beachcombers. Rydel is a TH-camr. And their little brother, Ryland is actually a manager sorts speak for the Driver Era too. The Lynch family is one that all care for each other, their cousin (Gordy) films their music videos. Gordy's brothers (Gus, Gil, and Gator) all help out with them as well. And when it comes to live shows, R5 is basically playing but without the PG level of songs. It really is a family type of production and I love that personally.

It's long the songs were in the 70,s , and that's a great thing.
besides austin & ally, some of ross's other projects in his acting career are teen beach movie/tmb 2, status update, my friend dahmer, and chilling adventures of sabrina. R5 was made up of 5 people including 3 of ross's siblings riker (bass), rydel (piano), and rocky (guitar) and their friend ellington ratliff (drummer). the driver era is just ross and rocky tho. R5 was making music 2 years before ross was austin and ally. they just gained a bigger following due to him being on disney and were signed to hollywood records. they split up after 10 years, cuz everybody wanted to branch out and do different things. rydel has an online boutique, riker wanted to do more acting, rocky and ross wanted to continue doing music but with a more mature sound.

I'm late but I tell The Driver era is Ross and his brother Rocky R5 it was this name because all started with the letter R and The Driver era because is another era of their music
2:28 hey! I know, I'm in late, but they became "the driver era" in 2018 because before that, when the were R5, the were produced by Hollywood's records. The point is that the Hollywood's records wanted Ross to sing alone so without Rocky, Rydel, Ellington and Riker. Ross didn't want to because, like he always says, the best thing is playing with his family. Another thing is that the a lot song were written by the production's writers. So they decided to leave the Hollywood's records and Ross and Rocky started this new project. The rest of the band continues to paly with them during the concerts. Rydel broke up with Ellington but she is now merrieied and she has a baby, Riker is merrieied too.

4:55 Ross Lynch is a fan of Harry’s.. you can also see in the ‘Heaven Angel’ MV Ross have a suit on, Harry would wear. It give me a vibe of a suit Harry had on back in 2018/2019 on tour! And a lot of they concerts Ross also have something Harry had on to concert before!! Or something like it.. there you have the answer on why you have a Harry Styles vibe!! 😌
