I'm from Rabaul, but I've seen changes when Ereman ToBaining Jr was in as member! Road to Rabaul/Kokopo also was never deteriorating...olgeta time em sa fixim, na helpim too sa go osem lo Rabaul. Kokopo pls vote him back as member. On the contrary, Rabaul needs a change of leadership as well! Current sitting member has done ENTIRELY nothing...Go to the heart of Rabaul town and see deteriorating conditions of roads there... different kind of story!
