To me that is worse than a flash knockdown because sometimes that can be ambiguous (eg an element of slippage) but with that sort of reaction there is no doubt he was badly hurt. The rest of his strikes were more damaging too, head shots vs front leg body and leg kicks (side and front kicks) for the most part.
