He accuses me of ignoring him while simultaneously engaging with his acquaintances. Additionally, he expresses his inability to move on from the potential relationship we could have had. Despite our plans to date, his actions consistently caused emotional distress for me.

Aries gang ! I’m in the process of contemplating a big choice. I come from a background of building trades in work.. And I am pretty much done with that part of my life. I have managed to gather lots of tools/ equipment on the way, and not sure what to do.. Sell, or store for future use. I am wanting to shift towards something much different for the long term, or career wise. We all know Aries tend to get bored easily.. lol.
Personally, I would store your tools for a rainy day. If you get into a new line of work and over time you get bored with that too, you can go back to working solo doing handyman work, or get back into construction only if the price paid to you is high. Remember this old saying, " Act in haste, repent in leisure". It's better to keep your tools, imho. Personally, I wouldn't be making any serious choices at this time.

You should have it closer to your face and pointed near your mouth/face, try not to have it too close to the table because it picks up the sounds of the shuffling of the cards more than your voice which causes an imbalance of sound. lastly, I would say record a mic check a few times off camera and play it back so you can see and hear and get a feel of the sound. at least while you are still getting used to it. as a performer there's a reason why people don't skip mic check lol. You'll be able to find a position that suits you best and pick up your natural voice.
