U actually inspired me to take the plunge with headband wigs when u did the My First Wig- Abe review back in summer and I have been on a headband wig spree ever since!! No lie!! I too have ordered from My Quality Hair and YWigs to name a few and love their hbw. LuvMe Hair is another good one and I have lately found NiaWigs who makes a sassy straight highlight bob and apparently are known for their curly units but I’m intrigued by another company I saw recently, Dola Hair as their curly hbw looked so soft and flowy on the models head so that might be my next.
Anyway keep up the good work & honest reviews as they are greatly appreciated for a 50+ yr old wig wearing mom like me!

Can I tell you how happy I am for your unbiased opinion on half-wigs/hairband wigs. And yasss....convenient & easy! Like I have a super low hairline/small forehead; so lace wigs do not work for me! The half-wigs or wigs with bangs are what works. So thanks for show-casing wigs for all of us!

Man, my mother clowned me for buying another headband wig. She is so against it for no reason. She crazy. I love them. I don't even cornrow my hair. I just have my natural hair in twists and put that thing on like a hat. I always run late and it's a time saver

Yes! I love that loose wavy from YG Wigs! It's my favorite but you're right, the cap is way too tight. I think I'll email them and request that they make larger caps. My head is 23" too.

Because of you, I got 3 of these, I got MFW Abe (luv it) your "Blossom knock off, (I love the look of it but it can be high maintenance too) and I bought that YG loose wave, highlighted it, and put it back in box, its also my fav (that's why im saving it for 2021) I was as excited about headband wigs as you were this spring & went a lil cra cra, I'm now considering a couple half wigs, thanks for all your inspiration all are beautiful on you.

I agree with you...Out of the 4 headband wigs I have the YG Loose Wave is my favorite too...its the low maintenance for me...Ive worn it several times. I am definitely considering getting the my quality hair kinky unit especially after you said it doesn't have a lot of crimps...I prefer low to no crimps...Thanks for sharing your top ones....

This is great, Thank you!! I bought one human hair headband wig from LuvMe hair and it was soft and nice at first but then started matting up after I got it wet at an indoor water park. I washed it, deep conditioned and de tangled it several times but I can tell it’s not human hair and it’s literally a balled up mess so I’ve been scared to get another one. I will give one of these a try. ☺️
