morbida e resistente.
Le dimensioni ridotte di questa valigia, grazie ai manici smontabili e
divisibili di pala e palettino, ne permettono l´inserimento all´interno di un
trolley grande (test effettuato su trolley rigido 86x58x36 cm).

I saw that most pizza peels are made out of aluminium but there are also stainless steel ones available at GI-Metal.
Isn't aluminium a health risk? Even though it is anodized someday it might wear off because every pizza launch is a grind of the peel along the oven's floor and one day you'll have aluminium on the oven floor.
What is your opinion on that?

Could not find the set like the one you showed when I went to site. The had small sets without case and lot of the items in your set other that a basic set that is all they showed. 7 pieces and one was a wall mount for two peels. Would like the one like yours. Want to put it on my Christmas wish list or birthday gift list. I like the fact it is all contained everthing you would need in one place, a storage and carrying case
On the US site they have the bag and you have to build it. The cost is probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 700 to $1,000

I don't know about all the *Aluminum utensils, which will touch the stone and shave off small particles with each pizza.* These particles will go into the digestive tract with the pizza, get dissolved in the stomach and from there might get into our brain. Years ago there was a major concern going on about this stuff in Deodorant *causing Alzheimer's* as an example. I'd rather use wood or stainless - no matter if the weight is a bit more.
Vito: *You and others are making great Pizza,* and I would very much love to see that the next (simple) step to a even greater pie is the abandonment of Aluminum tools in regards to usage at the stone in the oven.

Caro Vito,la tua fortuna é che hai trovato l’America in America come pizzettaro,essere pizzaioli doc napoletani é un altra cosa.se tu avessi aperto una pizzeria a napoli,avresti chiuso dopo 3 mesi.non sono d’accordo sul fatto che sponsorizzi o meglio ti spacci per pizzaiolo napoletano,a parte il fatto che l’accento pugliese ti tradisce é stona alla grande.

Classico napoletano che pensa che la pizza ed i pizzaioli buoni ci siano solo a Napoli,la triste verità e che in molti si parano dietro a pochi che fanno davvero la differenza e lavorano bene lì. Non metto in dubbio che a Napoli la pizza sia speciale ma non bisogna mai esagerare,gente con passione e bravura può essercene ovunque. Riguardo alle sponsorizzazioni non vedo dove sia il problema,lui fa video da centinaia di migliaia di visualizzazioni,è bravo a farli e giustamente viene premiato da chi vuole sponsorizzarlo,è merito suo e poi niente si fa per nulla,stamm bon
