For those that don't know, this house has been on the market for years trying to get $50M. Then they cut to $40M and still failed to sell (it's delisted now). The sellers are delusional - the design and finishes are so tasteless and gaudy, even for OC, that any buyer would want to gut it. And that dirt value is a joke too. The seller is valuing the dirt as if it's an ocean side lot when it's 15 minutes inland. This house is located in a neighborhood where most homes sell for $3M-$6M.
Right, that kitchen was dreadful. I would love to have a bathtub like that but didn't like anything else about that house. I can't imagine dropping almost 40 Mil or more on that home. It's one of the ugliest houses I've seen, to be honest.

Heather constantly complaining the entire season about more business more money her husband constantly working/ making money was just not relatable. This show is beyond out of touch and cringe.
