Qatar is very good if you go via direct employment. But it is nearly impossible to get a job by yourself without company sponsorship from ghana all the way to Qatar. If you getg a good company you can get good accomodation, if you are on your own you will share tiny room with other people. If you have money for Canada, just go straight, if you have direct job connection for Qatar, try Qatar first and learn life

I will advice you to use that money and get canada visa because qatar there you will suffer and if your not lucky you will get frustrated
