The fact is that with today's softwares anyone in Gambia can use any countries area code to contact anyone anywhere. What matters is if the information being share or threatening to be shared is only known to fatty and cham, fattys defense could be related to a spam on her phone or she is guilty by being persuasive about the whole "south Africa number". Cham was too quick. If he waited for the threat to materialize, he may then have a case.
Why should a promise Muslim marriage goes on for years without closure. They were dating which is not acceptable in our region. Both countries, Senegal and the Gambia courts should quickly conclude this case, and advise them to carry on.
