As someone much older than you I firstly want to say give yourself some grace sweetheart. The type of procrastination you have is very common and it isn't laziness. Laziness is such a negative word and I don't think you are lazy. Procrastination like this is so much more complicated and is deeply part of your confidence. You procrastinate so you won't do something you'll be bad at, at first., because you are protecting yourself from feeling down when your first drawings are not as good as you want. This is all about confidence, self esteem and fear of failure. Your are doing brilliantly to try and override your natural instinct to protect yourself from these feelings by doing art. But please don't call yourself lazy sweetheart. Your are doing amazing. Xxxx

Dear Josh, what you're doing is growing. We all grow at a different pace. That's expected. As for writing in English, practice when you can. As an English teacher, the point is being able to communicate effectively not perfectly. You are doing excellent. I think we are a lot alike. We often overthink. I too was a procrastinator, but now things have changed.
I make a weekly schedule and then break it into daily tasks.
I've set priorities.
Daily prayers.
Deleted social media to isolate and work on myself.
