I think Liverpool got a lot of decisions in the 70s and 80s, a lot of refs of that era grew up seeing them winning everything and am sure one or two probably supported them. Then we had the Fergie era at MU when things turned and they got all the decisions. This generation of refs grew up when MU were dominating, there are a few from Manchester. They are stating they support Altrincham and Salford or whoever. That's so untrue. My point is I think there are a lot of closet MU supporting refs and it's why Liverpool are getting screwed over. It's noticeable that Liverpool rarely get bad calls in European games. That says a lot.
There are people with principles, who recognize and understand their own biases, and who would never talk like Coote if they were a ref and understood their role.
They've no integrity. I'm a Protestant from N.Ireland & I've had many arguments with friends, just because I can recognise where the Republicans are coming from. I don't let my heart & personal interest cloud my judgement
