It is a clay modelling tool. It usually comes in a set of 6 or so tools that are used in carving clay or other modelling materials. Should be easy to find in an art store or on Amazon.

I watched further on and you may have been asking about the styrofoam cutting tool. It melts the foam as it moves thru it. You should wear a respirator though. Melting styrofoam gives off toxic fumes.

I have tried, and failed many times, with gypsum. It is too soft and crumbly. Not meant for a mold. I have had the best results with hydraulic cement.
