You don't ever be afraid with Gabriel. Not only is he a killer and six-time Champion, he's a fantastic person. I'm not training, I'm not a fighter. I just love this Channel and really respect Gabriel and Rachel. This is one of the truly positive channels on TH-cam. And the same is true with Gabriel's wife Rachel. And if you're not scared of Rachel just watch the tortilla challenge Gabe did with his lovely wife. 😊

Everyones style was extremely different and all looked great, but i gotta say i like mike's padwork the most here, it looked like it was forcing Gabriel to stay switched on and figure out what was happening, and what was open to throw to instead of providing him with clear cut instructions and a target where he could know beforehand what to expect.

I like icy mikes padding a lot because it feels close to a sparring where he never tells ypu what to do, you have to react to it and he initiates most of the time, giving you to sense of your actually fighting him.
Also he is very aggressive, he makes you go beyond what you expected and also trains your stamina and will to fight.

My preferred style is also reactionary and no talking unless you want to throw in something spicy/unorthodox in there. Using Shanes style of pad holding with basic stuff and building it up to longer combos and letting the fighter flow a little more instead of telling them what to throw all the time. If i'm holding the pad for a jab i don't need to tell them to jab and then the fighter can instead follow up that jab with anything they want.

Great job to shane and seth and the other gentlemen i didn't catch his name. I would be nervous holding pads for a killer too 😊 great video Gabe. You going be sharp for your next show Gabe. You are the best example of how someone can embrace all of martial arts. Fighting yes, but also ideology. And you lead by example. Just being you. I have never heard you be disrespectful to anyone or about anything. This is really the best channel.
