Born in Akita prefecture. Graduated from Fukushima University.
His voice trembled when he was reading Japanese in high school, and he was shocked when he became nervous and couldn't speak in front of his mother.
After that, he suffered from severe frightening symptoms for 20 years, but overcame it by himself through Adler psychology and Morita therapy. Currently, based on that experience, he holds regular lectures as a counselor specializing in anxiety.
And while he has met more than 1,000 people with anxiety, he finds that many of them have suffered for decades.
I am shocked by the fact that there is no treatment to cure the disease in Japan, and that there are many symptomatic treatments.
Therefore, we have completely eliminated the symptomatic methods of the street, and are practicing and spreading the approach to fundamentally improve the symptoms of anxiety.
The mission is to practice the overcoming syndrome that will still be valid 100 years from now, and to create a system where people who suffer from anxiety disorder in the future can meet the real overcoming method and be saved.
