Wayyyyy out of my price range, but that thing is beautiful
Easy way to spend a few hundred grand
Holy beast of a utility truck, whoever owns that thing either knows his stuff or is over compensating lol. But seriously, beautiful purpose built rig
This is the ultimate service truck I love it
Man that beast is amazing.
Sign me up! Beautifully done
I’ve got a truck just like this but in crew cab with what looks like the same DBL conversion, the same MRAP wheel. I’ve got the Atlas front axle with locker. I use mine on my farm during harvest and hay making…it goes everywhere. If it were a stock dually with mud tires it wouldn’t go anywhere. Really nice truck you built! It’s good to know you build these. I had to go to multiple shops to build the same thing.
How I wish I could afford that truck and bring here to the UK! Fantastic truck!
Yup, this has the turning radious of an air bus A380 and should get about 30 gallons to the mile.
Bad ass
THATS SO COOL
Not a service truck man...BUT.....DAMN!!!! I want this!!! Lmao!!! Nice job whoever designed and set this up .
Nice ride my friend, keep the videos coming ! 🍺😎
Work of art
That's a cool rig!
That center of gravity is wayyyy high up... Welder, compressor, reels and bucket+arm all 6ft+ up in the air 😅... They put the tanks, lockers, pumps and hydraulics low on fire trucks for this exact reason. Also a much lower and heavier chassis.
Day 1: New guy rolls it
Awesome
I’m not a Ford fan but that service truck looks badass 🔥
A liquid spine system would really rock for this application
I know this is old but that's a beautiful work truck
Warn winch, not Warren winch. Trucks like these should have 4x4 transfer case shift lever, not a dashboard switch.
Mother of God.
That's my dream work truck someday
😎👍
my local fire department's fire brigade chief rolls around in one of these.
I want this beast
All ready for new oil pipe line ConPhilips Alaska. 180,000 barrels/24hrs😎
🤯
YOOO I WANT ONE
You did'nt mention or at least I hear you mention the lift capicity of the crane
That outrigger will be laying on the side of a highway somewhere.
That seem like a lot of weight for a F550 frame. We use a lot of F550 trucks where I work and it doesn't take all that much weight to squat the truck and flex the frame when you get into the ruts.
Was thinking the same, need to try that on the f600 if you Wana keep the superduty cab and not the big ones on the 650 and 750
Nice. What’s the part number for that magnetic portable light? I want one
could make your own very easily
Ever thought about fitting mag locks in addition to your current locking system as extra security for the tools
What is a mag lock??
A mag lock is an electromagnet that fits behind a door on the frame and with a switch it energises and magnetically locks the door, most security doors and fire doors have them.
I'll take. How to drain batteries over night for $.05 Alex.
@@Look_What_I_Didit takes battery to unlock
@@redrustyhill2 Nope.
Couldn’t imagine how much that cost
I don't have the use nor the money but i want it!
Nice bit of kit. Little suspect on a Dana 80 front end. Feel like those have been end of life for quite some time. Like 2015.
Swap you for a big shed🤣 what a bit of kit but I bet I couldn't afford to fuel it in uk or drive it on the roads without an hgv license
Космический аппарат!
Truck would have to make a shit Ton of dough in order to make it worth it . My rig is 165k and that hurt pulling the trigger but I get it !
Damn this is beautiful but I don't got 200k for a truck
Ya but where is the bin heaters?
Are those sheet metal fenders or glass?
This would be a great pitch but the failed audio completely over shadowed the product that deserves much higher quality
I feel like if someone was in the market for one of these they wouldn’t need someone to verbally sell it to them mate
Neat truck but Holy Audio Batman!
It's a lot of functionality but i bet the price out ways the functionality.
Could we get a crew cab version
Hey Stich3s_99. The Ford F-550 does have crew cab options. This was a custom made truck with specialty suspension so I would have to defer to our Maintainer Specialist for verification. If you send your contact information to marketing@waterstruck.com we would be happy to have him follow up with you.
Why not just use the Miller w/ air pack?
I think this way you get a lot more air
I think
A regular air pack welder combo doesn’t put out enough air. Only the Miller EnPak put out enough CFM to run a 1” impact. A 1” impact gun at full use needs more air than most compressors can put out.
@@squarecrab it’s 2022 mate just grab a battery gun
@@Bigsoot7393 Still can't keep up with air.
@@Look_What_I_Did certainly can, maybe if your changing grouser plates or something repetitive like that, other that battery is just fine
Shoulda been a f600
Gets 10.5 miles to gallon for all u people crying, i know because i did all the mechanical work from front to back at Clark Diesel
Amazing truck, only thing different I would've done was ditch the vmac compressor and go with a underhood system. 70 cfm underhood system would outperform that vmac, and open up some space up top and or reduce the higher up weight.
I hate my underhood. Gets hot, belt drive sucks too. Makes doing anything on the 6.7 a pain in the ass too. The new DTM70 is a decent option, 70 CFM but transmission mounted vs engine mounted, direct driven no belts.
Pto driven underbody would be better. But better yet would be a miller air pac. Its a generator/welder/rotary screw compressor all in on unit
Nice ... only for real men !!!
The only other thing put a snorkel on it and ill order one right now.
How much I need one now
Hey Nancy, we're happy to assist you with the work truck to fit your needs. Send us an email at marketing@waterstruck.com and a member of our sales team will follow up shortly.
How much is something like this cost .???
Hey Nelson, This is a fully custom unit so the pricing would vary based on which of those features you would like on your truck. You may reach out to pbanks@waterstruck.com and he would be happy to put a quote together for you.
Quick question, do owner of service truck make good money? Im curious. I hear trucks like these cost atleast $300k
Trucks like this are for huge companies with lots of extra money and they need to have a huge tax write-off.
Yes. 40 a year
You really think HD mechanics will ever be able to afford something like this? I’m going to assume you are about to ask $2-300k for such a rig
Lots of room for groceries, but will if fit thru Starbucks drive thru?
I like to buy the truck come to Jackson Mississippi I stay by Church
Looks cool, like the fenders, love the Ford but this is overkill. I like the pressure system wonder how well it works. Tool boxes always collect dust and water. But...
That thing would suck to work out of. Way too big .
Where are you going to go off road with that?
You need steps to get tools out the side box can't even reach the top. Top heavy.
Too big. This is overkill for a developed country like we are in. If you need this much might as well go to a shop.
6 mpg and that 6.7 probably takes 2 minutes to get to 60..that's big weight tell me I'm wrong.
I think this would be awesome for on-site repairs in mines. Mayyyybe pipeline/pump house work depending on the terrain. That said, the trucks that people currently use for those kinds of jobs seem to work just fine.
Overkill for a developed country? How do you think it gets developed? I’m not saying this truck is my cup of tea but walking to a downed machine through the mud because your truck can’t make it - really sucks. I’ve had to drive my service truck on the beach to a downed machine and got completely stuck in the sand. There are a lot of places that a 4WD truck like this are extremely useful. Not everywhere is developed enough for stock service trucks.
I would disagree. For field service work for tractors and implements, I think this thing would be absolutely perfect for it. Stock it with every tool and small common replaced parts you might need for the stuff you work on.
And doubtful about it taking long to get up to speed. The 6.7's are fairly stout motors
@@Jr122T Agreed...6.7 is a fantastic motor and I'm a diehard cummins fan. I've driven em all. Like the 6.7 a lot on the ford's. This is a purpose built truck. Would be awesome to have out in the field
@@haydona1845 These are de tuned, and geared down.

Great Truck, I would be very interested in a truck like that but unfortunately after writing 3 Emails to the email in the comments still no answer..... almost you don't want to sell a truck.
Hello, could you please let me know where you have been sending emails? There is not an email listed in the comments, but a phone number. If you would like to be contacted, we will be more than happy to reach out. Please send your phone number over to marketing@waterstruck.com and we will be happy to have our sales specialist reach out to you. Thanks and we look forward to hearing from you.
@@WatersTrucks I did send it to the email you posted what is the same you posted in the previous comment from Nancy Hale. I also did one at your website and another one after your comment with still no answer.....
Ok but how are we gunna buy one without a link
Google the name of the channel?
How much, out the door
That’s a Warn winch
It blows my mind that people still call them by the wrong name. It literally says the name right on it, and the Internet has been around for quite a while now. Especially when it comes to someone that outfits high dollar rigs. Come on now.
What are these guys doing with these trucks to be able to afford them😭
See the mechanics on gold rush ? Lol
Oil well service truck
Alot options for it beeing mobile business/ shop
Its not unheard of for service techs in the right field to charge $500+ an hour when its a rush job. That may seem crazy but downtime can cost 10s of thousands per hour depending on the situation.
@@b2dmastersniper true I’ve heard of stories where conpanies are getting fined thousands per day for things that need to be fixed by rig welders
Trucks like this go to billion dollar oil companies or equipment dealerships who need more of a tax write off than they do the tajmahal of trucks. The CAT stealership charges a minimum of 2k just to send a Truck to our location and they dont have anything even close to this fancy.
2 mpg
This was 11 months ago...I'm willing to bet the undersized rear axle has already shit the bed.....
That thing only miss a dog house .....hahahah i meen 4 doors.....ok back to work...i mean fun ...or hey put that on a cracker ...ca cest bon
$200K minimim.
For the service bed
That’s probably a 180k truck. If not more.
I'd wager thats $250K.
way more
It’s 300k plus
180k x 2.
Want this truck but how many tools does it hold that’s the main question… I know this is the luxury tech truck but that interior and those fold out steps ain’t for no chance in the field mud, rock, brush … love the setup though wish we were outfitted like this and we get pretty good setups but not like this… that hand rail may be good for safety refs but not for real life hit it with pumps and motors and compressors cylinder or trip over it.. not Hating just pointing some things out I would see issues with. Amazing truck though for real… pressurized system in the tool boxes is brilliant… lastly a very high quality locking system and an alarm that runs for all doors would be perfect cherry on top bc locking up then being able to alarm your doors as well would be perfect
For the price u think they would put better quality pull outs in them. The stock maintainer ones r junk. Ive ran 2 of there service bodies and the pull outs r a huge disappointment.
Everything today is overpriced garbage.
That Miller welding machine is GARBAGE on such a beautiful pickup
Would you recommend hobart???
@@redrustyhill2 Lincoln is my preference for engine driven machines
I would've put snapon toolboxes in the boxes if im already spending that much money
SnapOn boxes wouldn’t last on the road. There are some very high quality road boxes out there though. C-Tech makes the best in my opinion. I’ve got a set of drawers from them and they are super nice.
Yeah they’d fall apart on the road
@@squarecrab You dont know what your talking about ..I have a KRA380 that has been in three trucks since 1990 still going today in a IMT body ...Ctech is nice stuff I 've got one a little pricey and the wait time was 6 weeks
This thing probably gets .5 mpg
8.92 mpg combined*
@@giovannigiorgio8962 ouch
Friggin beautiful. But the only issue I have is it's a Ford. Besides that I'm in love 😍🥰
Order yours today for only 350000.00
It takes money to build .....
you would have to charge $1000 per hour and work it till your dead and it might pay for itself.....
Trucks like this are for billion dollar oil companies who need more tax write offs
What a pile !!! 😆 lol
if this work truck was a lady, i want to marry her. But since its a truck, i want to buy it, and am gonna buy it.
How's that working out for you?
Christ...
I hate i mean HATE my vmac 40 compressor. 150 psi max is junk then it cannt run my 3/4 gun and ive turned it up. Maintainer needs to get away from vmac.
bad mofo!!!!!
Pretty stupid having all the welders and heavy equipment up top to make the COG so high.
That is way too much weight for that truck it's going to break
What are you talking about a f550 today can gross 26k
@@lawman8877 nope he just said 22,500 in the video
@@frankcox748 because it doesn't have duel wheels it's very common for a f550 flat bed to gross close to 26k
To bad the younger generation coming up don’t like to get dirty or physical labor
