In simple language, if we are registering handler method for a Static event then FOR is not allowed irrespective of the handler method type.

Syntax :
set handler obj->evt_name for all instances.
in this what is the purpose of "For all instances"

He explained same in previous video. If you use FOR all instances then that event will raise for objects..otherwise we can restrict to particular object f you mention the object name at set handler syntax.
