My comfort characters are Tony and Thor - in my dr Tony is my father figure (my backstory is hydra kidnapped me and experimented but thought they failed so they cast me out in the woods were Tony fund me. There's more to it but this is just a short explanation) When I arrived i sat down and cried for about 5 minutes, and keep in mind that i'm not a sensitive person. I was just so happy that after so long i finally did it. Clint was the first one i saw when i stepped out of my room (apparently most of them was eating breakfast out) and he could see i had cried and hugged me which was so shocking that i just froze - because i had literally just arrived. He didn't ask, but said something like "Life is tough but we're all here for you" and i smiled akwardly to him. Also, when they all come home again (Thor, Tony, Natasha, Steve, Sam, and they somehow got loki with them) i almost fainted and i walked so fast to my room so i could breathe properly. I feel like not many people explain how it is arriving and what they feel, so i really tried here. That day i almost had 2 panic attacks - 1 of them was when Loki almost succesfully killed me hadn't it been for Thor (Me and Loki are in love in this dr but we keep it secret) Loki poisned my tea but Thor had something that stoppped the poison from going through my whole body (It's a longer story, but again, i'm trying to keep this a little short) When i was alone with Loki later that day in my room, i couldn't say anything. That man is so intimidating and i swear i almost pissed my pants when he started just staring at me. He asked if anything was wrong and i just said no. He seemed very catious with me when we were alone so that was probably a good thing. I stayed wor a week until Tony decided that we should meet Gordon Ramsay and that was too much for me (I love Gordon but that man is scary) so i shidted back right before we had to meet him (I REGRET IT JDFJBDJFBJHF BUT when i shifted again it was over and apparently my clone did a good job and Gordon didn't mind me too much) but anyway you get used to it way faster than i expected. The second day was a little bit confusing but when i woke up on the 3rd day everything seemed so normal and casual. TW? Graphic?: Day 1: I didn't try to shift last night but I was listening to this before bed and I had a dream. It was after the final battle with Thanos and we were on a spaceship. I apparently had minor healing powers which I was using to help heal an unconscious Karli Morganthea (spelling?). And then I heard Tony was brought in, I rush to the room he was in and they had just removed the gauntlet and the burns only went up to his wrist. The burns were awful I don't know if you've ever seen a charred corpse but that's what his hand looked like. Bruce had hooked him up to a bunch of machines and wires and removed his hand. I'm desperately using my healing powers to close all of his wounds including the stump from his recently removed hand (oddly I couldn't feel any kind of energy or anything as I was healing Karli and Tony but Karli's doctors and Bruce were telling me that I was healing them and I could see Tony healing) and I guess I used so much energy I passed out cause the last thing I remember is passing out. Day 2: I didn't try to shift last night either but I was listening to this for most of the night and I had another dream. For a bit of context I'm attempting to shift to a MCU Supernatural crossover. I don't know if you've seen the episode of Supernatural where they had to go through like tv episodes and commercials and play along with it (like where Sam was in a genital herpes medication commercial and he had to play along 😭) but I had something similar in my dream but instead of tv shows and commercials I had to kill the Avengers. I know I had to kill all of them but I only remember killing Bucky and Steve. I killed Bucky twice which was awful. I've never felt as strongly for anyone as I had in that dream and I had to kill the one I loved twice. As I finally made my way through killing everyone I made it to the end. I could see a door and instinctively I knew it was the exit, I just had to get past Steve. I tried just running through the door and leaving Steve be but it was so weird he went from Post-Serum and shrunk to Pre-Serum and started melting. The flesh was melting of his bones in globs, as I was about to run through the door he grabbed my leg and oh God it hurt. The place where he grabbed started melting. As I was reaching my hand out the door to someone on the other side (I don't know who the person was) my hand started melting. I can't remember anything else. I'm wondering if this sub also gives you dreams of alternate realities. I was originally going to stop listening to this because I thought that it was just giving me nightmares before I realized how similar this dream was to that episode of Supernatural. I'm going to continue listening and doing my best to update.

one thing i recommend is scripting that your eyes automatically open when you've fully shifted so there's no opening your eyes too early stuff

The symptoms I've gotten: hard pressure pushing my chest, someone touching the tips of my fingers, very like rainbow aura colours as if I was going down a hole/portal while I was closing my eyes, felt my head very heavy as it sinked into my pillow and someone like touching the tip of my toes which was kinda weird but HEY I ALMOST GOT THERE!! (For anyone that is reading this, DO NOT GIVE UP YOU HAVE THE TRUST IN THIS, YOU'RE A MASTER SHIFTER)

YALL i was listening to this and then a piano sub to get to sleep last night and i genuinely had a dream set in asgard, i was the MC of thor 3 it was so much fun and loki was there it was like adventure and magic based and ahhhhh not sure if it was shifting or a vivid dream but i’ve never been able to dream about something i want to, they’re always obscure. so it feels like this is a massive step in my shifting journey!!!!

You really don’t need a method to shift, but if that works for you then amazing! Just don’t try to hard at it, let your mind wonder to things about your dr. You don’t have to do what everyone says, just whatever works for you! :)

I didn't try to shift last night but I was listening to this before bed and I had a dream. It was after the final battle with Thanos and we were on a spaceship. I apparently had minor healing powers which I was using to help heal an unconscious Karli Morganthea (spelling?). And then I heard Tony was brought in, I rush to the room he was in and they had just removed the gauntlet and the burns only went up to his wrist. The burns were awful I don't know if you've ever seen a charred corpse but that's what his hand looked like. Bruce had hooked him up to a bunch of machines and wires and removed his hand. I'm desperately using my healing powers to close all of his wounds including the stump from his recently removed hand (oddly I couldn't feel any kind of energy or anything as I was healing Karli and Tony but Karli's doctors and Bruce were telling me that I was healing them and I could see Tony healing) and I guess I used so much energy I passed out cause the last thing I remember is passing out.
Day 2:
I didn't try to shift last night either but I was listening to this for most of the night and I had another dream. For a bit of context I'm attempting to shift to a MCU Supernatural crossover. I don't know if you've seen the episode of Supernatural where they had to go through like tv episodes and commercials and play along with it (like where Sam was in a genital herpes medication commercial and he had to play along 😭) but I had something similar in my dream but instead of tv shows and commercials I had to kill the Avengers. I know I had to kill all of them but I only remember killing Bucky and Steve. I killed Bucky twice which was awful. I've never felt as strongly for anyone as I had in that dream and I had to kill the one I loved twice. As I finally made my way through killing everyone I made it to the end. I could see a door and instinctively I knew it was the exit, I just had to get past Steve. I tried just running through the door and leaving Steve be but it was so weird he went from Post-Serum and shrunk to Pre-Serum and started melting. The flesh was melting of his bones in globs, as I was about to run through the door he grabbed my leg and oh God it hurt. The place where he grabbed started melting. As I was reaching my hand out the door to someone on the other side (I don't know who the person was) my hand started melting. I can't remember anything else. I'm wondering if this sub also gives you dreams of alternate realities. I was originally going to stop listening to this because I thought that it was just giving me nightmares before I realized how similar this dream was to that episode of Supernatural. I'm going to continue listening and doing my best to update.
