What does his aghs even do
easier swap between skills.
Removes swap CD when u use a particular ability from his hit
After switching stances the first ability you cast will not share its cool down with the same skill in the other stance. So you start in katana and switch to sais cast rush, usually that would put echo slash on cooldown but with the aghs you can switch back to katana and still use echo slash
Will not share cd in 3 seconds so you must use this fast after you seitch
Spells from stances share cooldown. But agha remove share cooldown which allow you to combo with spells from to stances.

Should rush agha first. It is no brainer, have no cd on change stance and reduced cd on every other spell is a huge deal.
