The employment boost should be treated with a degree of suspicion , a friend , a teacher ,has been put on half time work ,to be shared with another teacher , this is registered as two employees .

Unemployment is a cultural thing too here in Spain. Many people genuinely choose not to work and some are very particulate about what kind of job they want or willing to do. The increased cost of living forced some of these people back to work. Also, all those "terrible" immigrants... Most of them actually come here to get a job and live a comfortable life. That increases overall employment rates too.
Don't get me wrong, the economy is way behind some of the northern European countries and opportunities are limited in certain industries; however, just wanted to put it out there, I think it's also a cultural thing...

If they completely outlawed squatting and allowed immediate eviction for non-payment of rent then all the housing crisis would be solved, the market would be flooded with available rentals

Mark was difficult to understand due to poor sound quality and echoes.

Smoke and mirrors. How can the government boast about a low Paro rate when so many people are relegated to part time work?
