- Showcasing Sue Foley's acoustic guitar work, "The Dance" is a flamenco-blues guitar number that bares Foley's raw emotions battered after lost love.
Featuring percussion from JJ Johnson (John Mayer, Doyle Bramhall II), this duo version fleshes out the solo version featured on forthcoming album The Ice Queen, released March 2, 2018, by Stony Plain Records.
Directed by award winning Canadian videographer, Jeth Weinrich.

Sue Foley makes interesting music. This song and video are so right on. I believe I had a sly smile on my face by the end.
You had a sly smile...you want to run to the mirror. Check.
What awesome musical versatility! Rips up a tele and then plays a classical guitar like a cross between Segovia and a flamenco guitarist! With great singing to great lyrics that are so image filled and emotive! So under-rated! She should be a super star!
killer performer a star
Beautiful!
Love Sue Foley's music, perhaps because she plays my two favourite genres -- blues and flamenco (Spanish).
Luv this Lady. The Ice Queen is a gem of an album.
Linda!

Wondering if this song is about a brush with death? A near death experience?
