It cause her S6 has a 20% team buff for 20 seconds and her outro skill has a 23% havoc deepen for 14 seconds, so the fact that she can buff rover she fits the role fine as a sub dps to buff rover so putting moon set on her to give rover more buff just make sense and why people use danjin as a sub dps
