It would be nice if Odoo finally added an employee portal, including time-off, appraisals, expenses, filling in personal information and CV, a training schedule, announcements, contract links, an ideas box, and direct chatter with HRD. If you have thousands of employees and not want them all as user, this would be a real gamechanger, and offcourse, Odoo advertisement to all these employees.
Yes we have employee portal app where portal user can submit there expense, mark attendance, leave request, activities management time change request and lots of other stuff without license use
@junaidakbar8705 is that working for the Odoo Enterprise SaaS version? We have 2000 employees but only 300 staff/users... Would be great when every employee can arrange his own data, appraisals, expenses, day-off, look at their payslips, contract, etc.
but how does the employee captures the appraisal itself considering the employee has no user assigned? is it supposed to be captured by the manager during the meeting or how are you considering this specific part of the process?

From the video, the process itself is unclear. Who initiates it? What does the manager see and what does the employee see? What about confidentiality?
