Well explain but why you does the service break test before the Air Leak test ? Cause I thought you suppose to make sure and check if there’s no Leak before performing the Service break but then again I can be wrong .

Usually the governor cuts out between 120 to 140, but it really depends on your truck.The truck we use cut out at 140
