DirecTV updating the cloud DVR which removes the 30 episodes recording limit. Now it will truly be the unlimited experience. The saved 9 months maximum still applies.
Cloud DVR still has its flaws vs old style DVR physical devices....for example if you record a tv show series on a premium channel and decide to cancel that premium channel you won't be able to watch the tv show recordings.
That's interesting! We would hope they would allow for the recording to be kept for the full 9 months or at least 3 months if the premium channel is cancelled. It can't hurt to give them some feedback for suggestions/improvement's.
Yeah it is about time. They have made some nice improvements this year. It's a solid service overall that tends to get overlooked. Unfortunately the satellite dish image still sticks with the name and this may keep some people away not realizing that you can stream.

About time I prefer direct tv , 30 per episode for me was I deal breaker, yttv until full rollout
