I find it profoundly disgusting that EA Sport has favored certain areas of the world to spread some projects first. In addition here in Italy the current version prevents you from being able to buy car upgrades and points all on the purchase with real money of gold and auto parts (Virtual). Often with absurd figures.
You don't have visual points in nfsnl. You have to stage up your car to unlock more visual parts.... And you have to keep doing some sick skills to get liveries and colors. If that's what you're asking...
