I’ve made an interesting observation/discovery; Margaret Mae (Pretty in Pink Eden) rose makes an excellent BUSH rose. It is vigorous, disease resistant and productive. We have them on a steep slope where they get minimal care. They thrive!

Where in California are you located and how many hours of sun does your Eden get?
I am in San Joaquin county, north-central California. My Eden gets only afternoon sun, about 4-5 hours.

I had one, blooms were beautiful, however, it was a once bloomer for me and the canes were too stiff to train.
Mine was the same as yours. I hope it will be different when it gets older.
