Hi bro, i have watched your video for rear suspension and did the same thing... All good but the noise while driving. Did you make a video about how to stop rear fender noise or ay noise after rear suspension installation? Thank you.
Thanks for showing the process of adding the rear suspension! So hard to find any good videos that do it properly. In your opinion, do you think the suspension is worth it? I only use my nine bot MAX on Main Street roads and was wondering if its worth adding the extra suspensions.
Yeah I couldn’t find any of this on how to install. I was figuring it out as I was installing. In terms on if it’s worth it. This is very much a case of what sort of miles do you do and if there is man cracks and bumps on your route. It will smooth them out. However, it may not be justified if your only going short distance. I like to ride for as long as I can so for me it should help. The only downside for me is that it may reduced my miles per charge. More test is going to be needed. Maybe a external battery would compensate for that.
Questions out all the videos you have made for the ninebot max which one would say is the best suspension front and rear and link please very much appreciated I just joined your channel thanks 4 all you do.
I would definetely say the Sharkset front suspension is the best for the front. scootletsgo.com/product/sharkset-front-suspnesion-ninebot-max/ As for the rear suspension, I cannot really let you know what the best is as of yet. I am waiting on the Sharkset rear suspension before I can let everyone know.
Thanks for the help I love that work bench by Ikea, I have the same model. I paid C$10 before Covid and now they sell today for C$15. I think I'm going to get a Sharkset front suspension instead of a Monorim, any thoughts on latest versions? I picked up the Ulip suspension with large brake light and signal lights. It conflicted with the Ninebot Max G30p and would only work when the headlamp was on. And when I turned off the headlamp I was then left with no brake light or signals unless I shut the scooter completely off for 10-20mins. In the end I threw away the Signal/Mode selector and bought a Ulip Signals Lights set and then got both my brake light and signals to work properly (and seperate from each other). Have A Good-Day...eh!!!
good evening I have a question, I have a scooter based on the ninebot max, so I want to customize it, and add the shock absorber, but I am concerned that mine does not have anything for the lower part of the screw support, My doubt is in the min 4: 05 did you also have to tighten a screw from the bottom to the top ??, or that part with the pressure of the 4 above is enough
I've watched both parts of your installation process videos and I just realized, there doesn't seem to be any need to actually remove the wheel in order to install the suspension? If I'm understanding it correctly, all it seem to need is a bit more length to the wheel cable, right?
Hi. Although it’s not necessary to to remove the motor. It makes the job so much easier. In regards to warranty. Any modification you make to the scooter is going to void it. So adding the suspension without taking off the motor will still void the warranty
@@ScootLetsGo "Any modification you make to the scooter is going to void it. "So adding the suspension without taking off the motor will still void the warranty” This is not completely true. There’s always grey areas with warranties. Even here in the UK where we have some of the best consumer laws, a lot of the warranties aren’t worth the paper they are written on. I would usually add a disclaimer either in the video or the description. However in this case I may have forgotten.

@@ScootLetsGo ok thank you 🙏 I would be happy if you could give us feedback again if you know more. My front suspension is coming next week. I took the monorim mx1 with the black spring in front. I can tailor it to me how hard I want it. And my thought was maybe I don't need the back if it doesn't use much or the stability deteriorates
That’s great. I want to get the Monorim variant so that I can compare. If you don’t add anything to the back you will simply be taking away the shock in the front. You still get that harsh feeling on the rear when you go over a bump or curb. With the rear suspension I found it soaks up those little bumps. And makes kerbs more tolerable.
Since this involves removing the motor wheel itself and unplugging wires, I wonder what kind of negative effect it might have on the water resistance of the scooter itself?
Anytime you make a change that isn’t part of the factory spec you are always at risk of compromising the water resistance. But I have had no problems. And the scooter parts internally are built solid
