    thank u a lot with this video how ever fixed term contract that is terminated within 3 months n provide no reason, just saying thank u 4 yo service in company n will no longer renew it. is that possible?

      It depends. It depends on the reason for fixing the contract in the first place and whether there was a reasonable expectation that the contract would be renewed (if there was then this can fall under the definition of a dismissal and be challenged).
