Sal, I don't know if you'd ever heard of her song, "Has Anyone Ever Written Anything for You?" But it is timeless & beautiful. Truly special. Stevie Nicks said that song "Has Anyone Ever Written Anything for You?" was written about the death of Joe Walsh's eldest daughter, Emma Kristen. Joe Walsh was the amazing guitarist from the Eagles. Stevie also had a relationship with Don Henley of the Eagles. Her life is full of so much interesting history. But listen to that song. You'll cry, it's that amazing.

When this came out I was an afternoon drive DJ in my city and this wasn't on our playlist which frustrated me immensely. But, three nights a week I moonlighted in a club as a DJ and I could play this song there. It always filled the dance floor. I agree, she's mystical, magical, and such a great singer, songwriter and entertainer.

My idol! I just adore her so much! Thank God this beautiful soul is still with us. She got clean from coke in 1986, but ger dr put her on Valium & Klonopin to help with the coke cravings and she was addicted to Klonopin for 9 years and had to go to rehab again to get off of that wicked prescription. She just tuned 76 and she's still out there rocking her heart out!

Stevie. Definitely. But....today, she is 76. 76! and still sounding great. You NEED to check out some of her performances from the last 10 years, when she was a young 66 year old. Try some thing from "Live In Chicago". Her Gold Dust Woman, I believe was better than when she did it 40 years ago! .

I am a die hard Stevie Nicks fan. As a kid, Dreams was the first song I heard with her & Fleetwood Mac. Been a fan of them & her every since. I was about 19-20 when this came out. I highly recommend you check out The Mirage Tour of 82 live version of Sisters of The Moon. She’s enchanting on that performance. You won’t be sorry.

This song is so frickin good. the fact that it did not make the top ten tells you how good the 80's were for music. the 80's had some of the biggest and most lasting hit songs of any decade. like this song, the vocal is fire and its a classic. if you love this you must listen to Stand Back. she wrote that song wile driving and listening to Prince's song Little Red Corvette. she told him that story and he loved it came to the studio and played the synths on the song uncredited and to this day She splits the royalties from that song with him 50/50. legend. and i miss those cheezy wind blown close up video montages, classic. lol

Like so many of us, you've fallen for the magic of Stevie Nicks. Even though Fleetwood Mac is made up of 3 lead singers (Christine and Lindsey), Stevie is an you see and hear.

I think it might be the best track on the album although Has Anyone Ever Written Anything…is also pretty close to perfect. It's not that different from a Fleetwood Mac song. It sounds like one, but amped up, way more uptempo, for aggressive dancing, and full of female anger, anger of needing love. When a woman decides she wants your love, she will jump in anticipation, make it a contest even of who can shine brighter in the moment. Stevie shines bright.

She has her career because of Prince. She was good friends with Tom Petty and when she was using his recording studio for her first solo album, she needed a song to debut her solo album. Tom suggested she call Prince. She got in touch with his agent and Prince called, said he was on his way, said which song, and vanished. She’s here because of Prince. I saw her live after he passed and she had a song for him that made her start crying on stage. She’s an experience and has a great sense of humor.
