Merely a suggestion or two, I have a cousin who is left handed and I was taught at a young age that if you are teaching someone who is opposite handed from you is sit across from them so you are facing each other, the same would work with video. I watch some other embroidery videos and I actually thought one of the ladies was left handed, but no she was lucky to be able to use both hands, which meant that it didn't matter if we were left or right we all learned something. I would also note that a lip balm with beeswax in is a great conditioner for your threads. I hope this helps.

Ariane Zurcher has a TH-cam channel “On the Other Hand” for left handed stitchers. She also shows how to do stitches for right handed. She’s a great fan of Sue Spargo and refers to her book often. Her forte is improvisational stitching that are works of art.
