No you don't only live once, that's why you don't need to fear anything, you are spirit having a human experience, with built in ability to know & choose your path of right and wrong do right and raise the your vibration be honourable
@@thomashelby8130talking of only living once, I would advise you to not wear sunglasses as blocking the sunlight from your eyes is very bad 4 you, but u won't believe that you will believe what they teach u at school & tell-a-vision you probably believe that it bad 4 u, like 90% of people
How can i one motivate and increase efficiency by lack and controlled reward of important needs (starvation, lack of sleep, carbohydrates, i.e. increase of stress, adrenaline and release of endorphins according to the results)? I mean We will all die, i.e. our brain will be killed mostly by lack of oxygen (heart attacks, strokes or metastases, oxygenated blood does not reach the brain) but it is only a question of when, if I create an intense fear of my inevitable swelling and use it to my advantage, shouldn't I be much more efficient but how to do it effectively? I thought I would just hold my breath for a minute, induce as much stress as possible, and then inhale to associate it with positive false thoughts that, for example, I would find a cure to stop aging, etc. 2/ If a mammal is under attack and there is a current threat to it, the increased amount of stress hormones will force a person to overcome himself significantly, attempts during training of athletes, shots of hunted animals, etc. 3/ It's not a matter of worrying all the time, but typically performance drops, at the moment of the drop, you simply stress your head, for example, I have 8 hours to solve problems, if I don't make it, I don't eat, or I eat disgusting food. On the contrary, when I solve the problem, I eat or have a good meal. 4/ Optimization (creative) or classification problems (YES/NO). For classification problems, I know where to reward or punish myself, but there is no boundary for optimization. 5/ When we actually die, we can't actually reward or punish ourselves, because we can't simulate the biggest "punishment" and yet we can't avoid it.
