    Good to see union street restored. Now the city just needs to destroy the rest of the highway choking the city. And maybe the towns could allow mixed use/ more density and some light rail would be nice

Removing it would help reconnect neighborhoods like those near the South Wedge, Park Avenue, and Corn Hill, fostering a sense of community and continuity in urban design. The plans are almost set already but the action needs to get going.

      The successful removal of Inner Loop East has already sparked new development, with mixed-use buildings, housing, and commercial spaces taking its place. Removing the remaining parts of the loop could replicate this success, providing land for new development, boosting property values, and attracting residents and businesses.
