4Matic Temperature Control Valves

This video demonstrates the working of Temperature Control Valves. The primary apparatus being the 3-way control ball valve (Electric Actuator operated), a PID controller and an RTD Sensor (temperature sensor). The electric actuator operated ball valve receives input signal from the PID controller. The PID controller receives feedback signal from the temperature sensor (RTD Sensor). Based on the temperature settings the PID controller sends open and close signal to the actuator operted valve. This ensures consistent temperature control in the line.
