Shiv you lack biceps strength, increase your biceps strength and your hook gradually become stronger. Focus on your back pressure and train your lateral sides and back muscles which will increase your strength of pulling elbow back. Do some cupping +side side pressure training. I am sure if you follow these for 4 months. Your armwrestling will improve a lot more than your current. From this video I can say that you have better endurance and better techniques than Aryan
