- 美国很多人从来都没有吃过北京烤鸭，也不知道怎么吃，更不会点，所以当我们进到店里的时候，店员还会询问你要不要点。今天是第一次带岳父母在外面吃烤鸭，他们非常喜欢，也对中国充满了期待，希望以后可以去中国。中国美食喜欢的特别喜欢，对于愿意尝试的人真的觉得很敬佩，因为不是很多老外愿意去尝试，他们更多的是比较局限于自己熟悉的味道。跨国家庭需要这种勇气和理解，这也让我们的文化得以交流和传承！

我是北京人，我觉得不必纠结传说中的北京烤鸭正不正宗，因为就连北京本地人都觉得不同的店铺各有不同。看着他们为美食竖起大拇指，没有什么比这还让人心情愉悦了。

北京人表示，北京烤鸭对鸭子的种类、烤炉里用到的木头都有要求，这些材料的限制在国外确实没办法。但是在顾客面前片鸭子、最后做成椒盐鸭架，这些流程确实都做到了，还是不错的
片鴨肉也不一樣，北京烤鴨要片108片，他這個就差點意思，片的夠大
从鸭子的表面光泽看就不是北京烤鸭的做法，北京烤鸭的鸭皮是脆而有光泽的，可以皮和肉分开片，可以分别摆放，完全不同的吃法，现在更是加上各种创新
老丈人两口子很开朗和善，很年轻的心态，非常喜欢他们。一家人在一起享受美食，真好。

有很多人不关心政治，这样就能和平相处，如果两个人都特别关心政治，理念又相对，那完蛋了，这个特别伤感情，无法长久，希望这小两口都别关心
其實給8分已經很好了，和真正的北京鴨差距太大了。我也生活在美國，明白也只能這樣了，在這里的中國餐館大部分都是把一只港式燒鴨放油里炸一下就上桌算是北京鴨了。不過這家店還是做得不錯，還知道在客人面前片肉上檯。
其實重點可能並不是鴨的烹調法（事實上在北京或大陸內之外的大部份餐館賣的都已經不很正宗北京鴨了）, 而是吃的方法和配料吧！用麵皮加甜醬大蒜條是特式重點, 比港式的確是好吃一點是真的！所以境外唯有退而求其次, 好吃又便宜就滿足了！
@@siumeiwan2655 贊成👍其實身在國外，別説北京鴨這種具有標誌性特色的名菜了，随便一個中餐都有點不倫不類的感覺。一方面可能是為了迎合當地人的胃口，另方面也可能是選材上的限制吧。
要让中国人对中国菜评出10分的，特别是那些本来对美食有兴趣的人，很难很难。6~8分算是好的了。

@@siumeiwan2655 主要也是鸭子，你可以看看，除了北京之外用的鸭子，都是又小又瘦，品种不同的。。。甜面酱我老家的最牛逼，好像现在听说厂子都倒闭了。。。。。

这个鸭子不是现烤的。是买烤鸭店的烤鸭，然后过油复炸一下。烤鸭皮油光光的，说明了一切。
41塊一隻烤鴨真的很便宜，而且最後還做椒鹽鴨架！看的都流口水。下次有機會可以去LA的梅州東坡試一下跟國內的很接近了。很喜歡Jay和Ari，很善良的人，加油！

真的是絕了，fried salt and pepper duck remains. I have never tried or heard of that before. I have tried Peking duck many times. I'm a die hard fan of it.

You must try that. China is very big, and the cultures of different places are very different. Every place has its own unique food. If you leave this place, it's hard to eat authentic local food

I love having Peking Duck (北京填鴨) for a meal in a Chinese restaurant.
Sometimes the roasted duck is already sliced, or slices it at the front of each table, this allows us to know how it works. Also, it tastes crispy with a piece of cucumber and green onion in a piece of pastry, as well as a sweet and sour sauce in it.
