    Hey Julien. I have a small doubt.
    Do you think Cover, Crash and counter or 3Cs can work really well in MMA or UFC Fights? Because it happens a lot of times that fighters throw a barrage of puches when their opponent is against the cage or they have a strong desire to end the fight. I am sure you have seen vids like this.
    So you think 3Cs can work effectively in those situations?

      I think that a lot of different factors come into play, it all depends on the situation, the environment, the person you are facing etc. Could the 3 C's work in a real situation yes absolutely! Would it work every single time? No nothing does! Could it work in an MMA fight? Yes the same principle of Cover / Crash / Counter are very successfully applied in MMA, Boxing and Muay Thai so the principle is more than valid! Should you rely on it all the time? Depends how well you train it if you ask me. 🙏
