I have a problem in my mosfet welding machine. Display without connected 12v,5v,24v and drive output voltages ok but while display connector pluged in the mother board the whole mother turned off why...?? Any reason..
display needs 5v basic & gnd , then there is a sense wire to give you the reading on the display....
somewhere the +5volt is getting shorted due to wrong connection....check properly that 5v is actually reaching the display 5v connection...
most of the time when you change a display.... the wiring needs to be set at the connector point....to make proper connection
in your case the 5volt is getting damped to ground...and pulling down your +12v & consequently the 24v ...& the set looks dead

Single board IGBT welding machine mei IGBT baar baar kharab hone ke upar aap ne bohot saare video banaae hai lekin IGBT baar baar kharab hone ke soorat mei hume dual trace oscilloscope se kin kin check point par jaise jaise check karna chahiye, iske baare mei kisi circuit ka detail mei samjhaaiye aur iss subject pe vishesh gyaan dijiye.
Aur agar aapke paas online class lagta ho to hm bhi usmei shamil hona chahenge, aapki samjhaane ki shaili hume bohot pasand aati h.

Sir 200amp mos machine hai midal card mein machine chalu hone ke baad transfarmar garam hote hai or o c light aati hai 3 transfarmar niw dal diye par problem ohi hai kya karu please help sir
dekhiye transformer k baad load D92-02 diodes pe jata hei.....koi ek essa diode hei jo partially short ya leak hei....jiske vajah se yeh hotta hei.....is tarah ka problem mein ek ek kar k diodes change kar k dekh lo....
iisse pehle....aapne individual transformer isolate karr k dekh liye honge......ya mere pehle videos dekhiye OC k upar
