B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L-L... Sounds like the sea, to me... So powerful and yet... so calming and peaceful :) Thank you so much for this ... wonderful song and video ^^
i don't even care about the opinion of others... i have never seen a better movie. lord of the rings is like a door to another world.faboulos...it gives me wings to fly...to me tolkien was the happiest man in the world...he lived all he's life in a fantasy.love it...simply LOVE IT:)
This was an absolutely BEAUTIFUL tribute to the Golden Wood. I've always loved this song and wished they'd incorporated it into the movie somehow. But now, you've fulfilled that wish! Great job!! :)
22 people disliked this??....Unbelievable. I can't put to words how grateful I am for this incredibly perfect and beautiful video. =) I've loved this Enya song all my life, and then in recent years, discovered Lord of the Rings. And I was just thinking the other day that I hope there's a video of the scenes from Lothlorien put to the Enya song...yay
Very nice video with a beautiful music from Enya: Lothlórien from the album SHEPHERD MOONS Thanks for this video manuela ;) and for the dreams, when I close my eyes
I really love your video. I watch it a lot. I hope you will change the setting so that I can also view it on mobile. thank you! Please do not remove this video.
THese are my favorite movies...this is my favorite song..If youre a LOTR fan read the books and play the soundtrack plus this song its cool expirience...
@TolkienOtaku Keep in mind that Tolkien didn't consider anything he wrote as fiction or fantasy. He once said he was, "Given things…already there, somewhere."
Galadriel's Ring, Nenya, had a lot to do with keeping Lothlorien beautiful and defended. When the One was destroyed, Nenya lost its power and Lothlorien became a forest pretty much like any other.
Where does this music come from? It's name is Lothlorien, used for the movie Lord of the Rings, but it's not a Howard Shore's. It's Enya's. Can anyone explains the origin of this music?
Hallelujah praise the lord for his greatness. may his greatness 1 day shine upon us all. only the chosen 1 like me are the ones shined upon in these hours of darkness. so come to me and ill bless you with the holy spirit! 100 dollar a visit and sooner or later god will shine upon you aswel! give me a hallelujah.
Yes, I am sure you are quite correct. Enya's recording of Lothlorien pre-dated the film (by a decade or-so?) Nevertheless, I have the impression that she was inspired by the work of St. Tolkein,
Still loving this vidclip. Please never ever delete this!! Thank you!!
And still loving it after all these years ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I love Enya, and Lord of the rings.

Am not a fan of lotr music videos, but I must say this is a good one. The music is beautiful, as is the editing.
Well done!
I so want to live in Lothlorien. Especially if it has this sort of music playing.
Some people who dislike this dont know what true beauty really is....
Enya è un angelo e il signore degli anelli meraviglioso
Me too. Wonderful music.
really beautiful and relaxing, 5 stars
Lovely. Absolutely lovely.
I can't believe the actress for Lady Galadriel is a human! She's really beautiful, with a peaceful, calm sort of look.
If Middle Earth were real, I'd want to live in Lothlorien or Rivindell. The elves choose their dwelling places well!
Cate Blanchett, especially as Galadriel, is soooo beautiful!
Ez annyira szép ,hogy ez a zene volt a bevonuló zeném az esküvőmön...
* Brilliant *
lord of the rings is the greatest movie series in the entire world.
I wish they had used this theme in the movie. It would have been a very positive contribution to the films.
Just amazing Video .

I use this as my alarm when I have to wake up =).
I really want to know the name of the song. I love it. Please let us know. Thanks
the giant sequoias of yosemite kind of remind me of lothlorien mallorn trees except they don't have gold leaves.
@TolkienOtaku Keep in mind that Tolkien didn't consider anything he wrote as fiction or fantasy. He once said he was, "Given things…already there, somewhere."
yes, Enya wrote one called "Watermark"
it is in my playlist , #22
This song should be part of the soundtrack. Enya has never been so inspired.

Galadriel's Ring, Nenya, had a lot to do with keeping Lothlorien beautiful and defended.

Enya's musics are always incredibly amazing. This was a song made by Enya in tha album Shepherd Moons, in 1991
the name of the song is lothlorien by enya ;)
Well, I didnt know that, I got the mp3 from a friend and it was titled Lothlorien by Enya :) You can find it on internet with this title too :)
this should be extended to half an hour, or an hour, or ...
@Hebertsfelden Wow. You read the other books too? Cool. Most people I've met have only read Lord of the Rings. :) I'm sure it was as beautiful. ;)
Mines too...to bad it faded after Galadriel left.

Tnx for the comment :)
Yeah, I love this music, too.... and Middle Earth :)))
@arenaskies If you haven't been... go! It is simply splendid down there.
wonderful
Am I wrong when saying that this hymn wasn´t a part of the LotR soundtrack? It should have been though.
what's the name of this song? I want to have it :X

Relaxing
@Amberlovey yeah but just imagine to live in Gondolin before the fall.
Yup.. Middle-Earth is true! In my heart!
Beauty is the least you can say about it...

I feel this song would have made a significant contribution to the Trilogy. I would have used it.

i wish someone will make guitar cover of this.
It's the Fellowship walking through the forest with the other elves.
it makes me cryin

Yes, I am sure you are quite correct. Enya's recording of Lothlorien pre-dated the film (by a decade or-so?) Nevertheless, I have the impression that she was inspired by the work of St. Tolkein,
If anyone loved the books of Tolkien, as I did, I heartily recommend another series: The Wheel of Time, by the late Robert Jordan.
the woods where the queen of the elfes live (Galadriel)
