I am from Northeast India...so Bhoot jolokia is something I eat almost daily. I must say, if they find bhoot jolokia so spicy in a sauce, they should never eat it raw like we do... 🤭

Here in Nagaland, we normally have two whole Naga chilli (bhoot jolokia) as usual in lunch/dinner.

I have tried nagin sauce. Super yum as sandwich spread, in fried rice and you get the idea. And obviously can control the spiciness with the quantity you use. Very delicious for Indian taste buds.
