In Marine 3d live before releasing this Mv, she said Marine in Maribako died and another Marine from another timeline going tresure hunting in the ship the marine from maribako died.

In a more "trival?" way, it's Marine finally accepting her age, lol.
Some lyrics fits it ("I say, making myself belive it, and binding myself"; "this scarlet rose, even if it fades, its soul will never wither"; "eternal beauty, who cares for an illusion like that") plus the ghost marine can be see as the Marine that was still "an eternal 18 year old" (aka, still binded to that), and it's exorcised when Marine embraces it (aka, accepts that she's not 18 anymore), and there's a weird focus on the roses fading away in the end (that is a symbol of aging).
Pretty sure that "ghost" Marine is "our" Marine. The protagonist in this mv has the eyes color inverted, disappearing at the end when the "new" Marine hugs her. So yeah, basically she's telling us that the Marine we know, the never aging Marine, is gone.
you guys should watch watames "amazing swing" MV it's so good her works are on part with marines works, also "ghost" by suisei is one of her older songs and it is still my all time favorite original song in hololive.

She give a perfect visual with a perfect aransement, the vocal? the lyrics? the MV quality? the story? anything, everything is in here that make me aslo hard to focus where i will watch when i watch the MV 😂And that heavy metal tho!? 🗿
