ANYA’S BAKU STYLE TURKISH KEBAB AND SAFFRON RICE RECIPE WITH CREAMY GARLIC SAUCE. 🤤

- KEBAB PREPARATION.
Beef or lamb qeema,(mince meat) 1 kg
Onion , 100 grams
Capsicum, 100
garlic ginger, 2 tbs
Cheddar cheese, 200grams.
Coriander green, half bunch.
Parsley, half bunch.
SPICES;
2tsp, zeera powder.
2tsp, salt.
1/2 tsp, red pepper.
2tsp, paprika powder.
2tsp, black pepper powder.
METHOD;
Mix all the ingredients in chopper and chop well, then mix spices in qeema and chop, mix everything in a bowl and shape kebabs.
SAFFRON RICE;
Rice, 1 kg
Butter, 3 to 4 tbs.
Saffron , 1 pinch soaked in warm water.
Salt, 3 tsp.
Warm water, 1 litre.
METHOD;
In a pan heat butter, add dry rice and fry for 3 mins, add saffron, mix for another minute, add water , add salt and mix after one boil, cover lid and lower flame to maximum wait 20 mins and mix if they are 90% done they are ready, if not cover lid and wait 10 more minutes.
SAUCE;
Greek style yogurt, 2 cups.
Mayonnaise, 1/2 cup.
Garlic, chopped 1 tsp
Lemon juice, 2 tbs.
Salt, 1 tsp.
Zeera powder, 2 tsp.
METHOD;
Mix mayonnaise in yogurt and add ingredients one by one mix well and
ENJOY ! Delicious Turkish dinner .
