At the 38:50 rengar is able to jump due to a change in how his jump works. he can leap when hes camouflaged (senna e?) so he used sennas shroud to give himself the ability to leap. This was a change they made from the old chemtech drake map, the one were the rift became camouflaged, because it removed pretty much all bushes. This ended up nerfing him heavily so they made the change so he wasnt completely useless in his own jungle. The change was never reverted so now he just has it in his kit alongside the normal leap from bushes.
Yeah and I think it’s a good change considering it’s in his ults passive and not his main passive, giving him the ability to leap from camouflage when he reaches lvl 6

I'll take ghost and predator boots to speed up my W- oh, and teleport for flank plays, this is gonna be so fun! ...man why is everyone dodging my games?"
