Nagzz had finished his stream a few hours before, his usual streaming days are Monday - Friday with a 3 EST start time and he usually goes on for around 5 or so hours. You were chatting in the right place and that would also be where you submit your videos, and normally there are people there, even when he's not offline, but you came at a time when most regulars in that chat are asleep which is why no one responded. Videos are submitted using channel points, it's a feature unique to twitch and you earn them passively just by hanging around in the streams, you can earn more via subbing (same thing as joining a membership on youtube) but even without those you can earn 2k just per day if you watch the stream. Below the chat box there is a coin with a little number next to it which will tell you how many channel points you currently have. To redeem videos you click on the coin and scroll through the options until you see the one for 12k which is called "REACT AND LAUGH VID 3 minutes max". This redeem is normally closed as if he were to keep it open he would be flooded with redeems, I am not exaggerating when I say we can get over 100 submissions in a few seconds when he does open it. So to keep it under control he only opens it as he is about to do one of these segments, he'll give advance notice of when he's going to open the redeem so during this time you want to get your video ready, all you need to do is click on the redeem and paste your link in, you can even add a small message in if you want. Additionally there is one for 100k which lets you get your video in without having to rely on the random number generator, it however works on a first come first serve basis. When it's open you use your 12k channel points you've earned to send the video, where he then uses a random number generator to pick which of the 100+ videos he watches. For any which aren't watched or he is unable to due to reasons like DMCA, copyright, etc. they will be refunded and you can try again next time. Few things to note, as mentioned certain videos are better not submitted, for example the reasons I stated before. Songs in general are also better not submitted for similar reasons though I'm sure you'll be aware of some exceptions which have been featured in these segments (introduction videos, meme songs, etc.), but basically no full on covers or original songs. The rule states 3 minutes max but what you can also do is submit a longer video and have him watch 3 minutes of that, you just need to mention that and preferably timestamp the section you want him to watch. Last thing, I mentioned his streaming schedule but to add to that he will normally do 2-3 react segments per week (depending on what he's doing that day/week) so there's plenty of opportunities to get him to watch your video another time. Apologies for the long explanation, but that should cover everything on how you submit videos.

This redeem is normally closed as if he were to keep it open he would be flooded with redeems, I am not exaggerating when I say we can get over 100 submissions in a few seconds when he does open it. So to keep it under control he only opens it as he is about to do one of these segments, he'll give advance notice of when he's going to open the redeem so during this time you want to get your video ready, all you need to do is click on the redeem and paste your link in, you can even add a small message in if you want. Additionally there is one for 100k which lets you get your video in without having to rely on the random number generator, it however works on a first come first serve basis.
When it's open you use your 12k channel points you've earned to send the video, where he then uses a random number generator to pick which of the 100+ videos he watches. For any which aren't watched or he is unable to due to reasons like DMCA, copyright, etc. they will be refunded and you can try again next time.
Few things to note, as mentioned certain videos are better not submitted, for example the reasons I stated before. Songs in general are also better not submitted for similar reasons though I'm sure you'll be aware of some exceptions which have been featured in these segments (introduction videos, meme songs, etc.), but basically no full on covers or original songs. The rule states 3 minutes max but what you can also do is submit a longer video and have him watch 3 minutes of that, you just need to mention that and preferably timestamp the section you want him to watch.
Last thing, I mentioned his streaming schedule but to add to that he will normally do 2-3 react segments per week (depending on what he's doing that day/week) so there's plenty of opportunities to get him to watch your video another time.
