@Iwatchyoaim_14-_- bro it's not my truck I was just telling him to keep it and take care of it and it will last a long time iv got 3 ford 7.3 powerstroke and have never had problems
I just purchased an OBS 97" 7.3. You should just throw a stage 1 turbo, upgraded injectors, a good tune, and clutch. Do all that after making sure the neglected maintenance is taken care of. and youll have an extremely reliable truck. 7.3 is meant for lasting 500k miles not being a hotrod.
Is that a sock turbo or has it been modified because they usually dont sound that good stock....nice truck brother congratulations hope it last u a long time...if i was u i would throw some hotshot oil and fuel treatment in it to help the injectors out
I have a question... How many CCA in the battery 850 not working for me.. I wanna amp it up to 1000 I think 1000 will fire it up.. it's been dead 2 days
That is a nice 7.3 with a 6 speed with a zf6-650 beast of a transmission just know if you ever replace the transmission fluid it recommends ATF and if the transmission ever starts hard shifting it’s probably the synchronizer rings in the trans
@@AUSTINFRILOUX no problem, let me know if you have any problems I know a little bit about those motors and transmissions so I might be able to help :)
@@jacobrunningen4244 got one with 40k thats been sittin too for about two years. Think all it needs is some starter fluid and fully charged batteries like this guy?
@@ianc8165 remember oil pressure is what fires the injectors so if it’s not building oil pressure it won’t start but for the most part there isn’t too much needed except make sure your batteries are good and it’ll start it may take alittle bit of cranking but it should start
You Need to keep it those are super reliable
there’s no way that turbo sounds like that, really sounds good!!
It does !
Keep on using starting fluid bend them rods he'll yeah
Ain’t no way that’s a stock turbo. Sounds so good. My 7.3 barely makes any whistle lol
Im pretty sure it’s stock, idk why it whistles so loud but I just know it did sit up for a long time lol
Keep it and take good care of it and it will last a long time
Oh make sure u put an air filter on it before u start it anymore cause you'll suck them leaves in your engine bud just wanted to tl u that bud

I’m not sure on the turbo, I would assume it’s stock
You need two batteries in that dude
Just one will do to make sure it’ll turn over and start
