Agreed loving all this great content, saw him with Pete K’s channel but then found his channel after looking him up on ebay. One day I will win an auction of his. lol
*Thanks to you, I now have one, and am growing it.* *I Just purchased a plug from you that was supposed to be 3" to 5" tall, and am very stoked to receive a generous 9" double sprouted plug, one of which already has a 2" branch, and both sprouts show signs of new branching!* *This plant is now among a handful of exceptional fruit, and nut trees, that I'm very fond of.* *Thank you for that, and this video's growing tips on the "star Cherry".* *Thumbs up # 109*
Could you make a new video about your pitangatubas? I'm curious if you ever ended up with genetics that might be worth naming. I feel like the Jabos always get the spotlight.
Hey, Mr.Shafran I am going to be getting some Pitangatuba seeds soon the question I have is do these take full sun as seedlings or are they like jabo’s where you have to keep them in shade for some years ?
I bought a Pitangatuba from you like a year and half ago. I have it indoors and It's in a pot. It flowered the first year but no fruit. It's just started flowering again and so I'm hoping to get atleast one fruit.
I bought one of those from you on Ebay. But for some reason it always dies in the winter, and comes back up from the roots. What am I doing wrong? I'm in Los Angeles, and it doesn't go below 40 degrees at any time of the year.
Dang rats, they like to eat everything..”Rats like to eat it..chickens like to eat it”, at least the chicken football is great entertainment for when WIFI is down, I guess target practice is an entertaining game at least I would play if I could catch rats taking the fruit.
I love hearing these stories. Keep it up man.

Привет. Очень интересное растение. У меня в комнатных условиях тоже зацвела. Мне она очень нравится, буду ждать плоды🙂
I would like to buy some seeds from the Pitangatuba shrub that is right next to the chicken coup, the one you say it gives a pinapple flavor .
Do you ever graft these? Would def be interested in buying a good one!

Three years later and my tree flowers but doesn't set any fruit yet. Only one tree survived so maybe I need another one for pollination.
do you know if Excalibur's pitangatuba bloodline is decent?
I have a seedling growing. I'll keep it in a container for now. Probably cold sensitive.

I have 4 yr old tree; it’s flower crazy, but never set any fruits. Maybe I will use other tree that has fruits and graft it to this tree.
